1. Who you are agreeing with
Dashing Crypto is published by Dashing.WS ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Dashing Crypto mobile application for Android and iOS, and this website at crypto.dashing.ws. Together we call them "the app".
By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app — and if you have already installed it, delete it. Deleting the app does not delete your money; see section 4.
2. What the app is
The app is a self-custodial wallet for holding and sending USDT on the TRON network, and a read-only view of balances held on exchange accounts you connect. It shows you what you have, in one list, and it signs transfers you authorise.
That is the whole product. The app is specifically not:
- an exchange, a broker, or a money transmitter;
- a custodial wallet — we never hold your assets;
- a lending, staking, yield, or investment platform;
- a trading bot or an advisory service;
- a tax product, a block explorer, or a fiat payment processor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not use the app where doing so would break the law that applies to you, and you must not use it if you are subject to sanctions that would prohibit it. You are responsible for knowing which laws apply to you; we cannot know that for you.
4. Your keys, and what that means
Your private key is generated on your device and stays there. It is held encrypted, is decrypted only to sign a transfer you have authorised, and is erased from memory immediately afterwards. It is never transmitted to us and never leaves the device except through a backup you perform.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, for keeping a backup of your recovery phrase somewhere only you can reach, and for every transfer signed with your key — including transfers signed by somebody who obtained access to your unlocked device.
5. Transfers are final
A transfer broadcast to the TRON network cannot be recalled, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, by us or by anyone. If you send to the wrong address, send the wrong amount, or are deceived into sending to someone, the money is theirs. Check the address. See the Risk Disclosure.
6. Exchange connections
You may connect accounts at supported exchanges — currently Kraken, Binance.US and ABCeX — using an API key you create yourself in the exchange's own settings.
- The key must be scoped to read only. The app asks for nothing more and will not use more.
- Your exchange credentials are stored encrypted on your device, on the same terms as your wallet key.
- The exchange is a separate company with its own terms, its own fees, and its own control over your account there. Your relationship with it is yours, not ours. If it freezes, delists, or loses your assets, that is between you and them.
7. Fees
TRON charges a network fee for a transfer, denominated in TRX or paid out of staked network resources. So that you do not have to acquire and hold a second asset to move the first one, the app can settle that cost in USDT and charge you a single flat fee instead.
The fee is quoted in the app, in the currency you are sending, before you authorise anything. If you do not accept the quote, do not authorise the transfer. Fees may change; the quote you were shown at the moment you authorised is the one that applies to that transfer.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- break any law that applies to you, or help anyone else do so;
- launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions;
- defraud anyone, including by inducing a transfer under false pretences;
- attack, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems, or attempt to obtain data belonging to another user.
We can refuse service and stop distributing the app to you. We cannot freeze your wallet or seize your funds, because we have no ability to do either.
9. Third parties we depend on
The app relies on the TRON network, on Tether (the issuer of USDT), on the exchanges you choose to connect, and on Apple and Google for distribution. None of them is under our control. An outage, a policy change, a network fork, a depeg, or a decision by any of them can affect what the app can do, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10. No advice
Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not know your circumstances and are not recommending that you hold, buy, or send anything. Decisions about your money are yours alone.
11. Availability and warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your country, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Because the app is self-custodial, an outage on our side does not lock you out of your money: your key is yours and standard TRON tooling can use it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dashing.WS is not liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost keys, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app — including losses caused by your own error, by a third party, or by a change in the value of anything you hold.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dashing.WS against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
You may stop at any time by deleting the app. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Dashing.WS, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
